Financial reports: checking of money transaction to customs authority, monitoring of customs payment balance at customs authority, mutual settlements with warehouse for temporarily storage, with customs brokers, control of export/ import charging, control of contract terms observation, calculation of goods cost;
Coordination of all department interactions involved in foreign trade activity;
Translation of commercial and advertising documents;
Supervising of the members of the Export-Import department (manager, designer, accountant, technologist and warehouse specialist).
My professional achievements and results are: Volume of goods export have been increased for 41%, optimization of customs clearance as the result of using of preliminary goods declaration, improving of system of export goods and interaction between department involved in foreign trade activity, made goods certification and obtaining exemption letters, made all efforts to avoid customs value correction and on-time issue goods on the method of the transaction value.
